Getting Started
Be sure to bring your insurance card in with you, and your new patient paperwork if you’ve completed it ahead of time.
If you haven’t yet filled out your paperwork, we’ll show you the forms and let you take a seat to complete them. Then, our chiropractic assistant will take you to a private room and record your vital signs. The next step will be to meet Dr. Effertz, who will sit down one-on-one with you for a conversation about what’s brought you to us. A thorough examination will be next, followed by your first adjustment.
Finally, you’ll discuss the care plan that’s appropriate to your specific problems and what you can expect moving forward. Your first appointment takes 30-45 minutes, though your follow-ups will be much shorter.
